Gosh they must be eggs laid by the "Golden Goose". Ours are about £2.79 or thereabouts for a dozen free range. Or if you are prepared to make do with barn eggs, I have seen them as low as £1.33 for 10. Haven't checked the exchange rate but that's got to be a whole lot "cheaper". (Groan!)Morning all, 5 mmol/L this morning.
I am a heavy egg eater. The price of eggs went up because of bird flu. Here in California from $3 per dozen to about $13 per dozen, not sure about UK.
Have a nice Sunday evening.
But your HBAIC look great! What's been your latest?my sugars have been higher these last few months
Good Morning been off this forum for many years but want to start holding myself accountable as my sugars have been higher these last few months

Mine was 14.2 when I went to bed then 6.7 on waking must have been doing to major exercising whilst asleep lol6.7 when I went to bed,8.0 whenI got up!
Mine is the same it continues to rise until till I eat ..then if I go for a decent walk it comes down nicely5.5 at 6am but had to get in to work early so skipped breakfast and coffee. Checked again at 7.45 still with no breakfast and running around like a demented demon, now up to 7.4. Makes no sense to me as 16 hours fasting and moderate exercise but still can't halt the rise.
It's a mystery and one I will never solve.Mine was 14.2 when I went to bed then 6.7 on waking must have been doing to major exercising whilst asleep lol
