Pouring down out here and just had to have quick run round garden in the rain with youngest sons dog who’s staying with us lovely day yesterday with him hoping today improves enough for a long hike before he’s picked up at lunchtime

Well there's Chamomile or Marshmallow tea or mix ACV with water say two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with three to five ounces of water and then there is Licorice .

Avoid peppermint or spearmint tea.

Or there are postural remedies ie sitting up or standing up straight.

managed a good walk yesterday after Sunday dinner

Late on parade... And with what I thought before all those great numbers was a tub thumping 5.8....but I'm still very happy with that.
my carbs/food management seems like it's beginning to shape up into some sort of decent order....
( tho I'm still very much aware there will be knock backs along the way .)

Thank you very much @Freema It certainly is.. hopefully the trend for the day. I’ve got a lovely no added sugar Black Forest Gateau for my birthday cake later on, I’m cheating and having a cheese and bacon scone though with my lunch later. Hehe!!
