What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Steadfastly sticking to the 6s which is very frustrating. 6.1 today.

@nutribolt good luck with the HbA1c result, yes our stress response is seemingly out of our control at times which is so frustrating.

Yes I am pleasantly surprised and not really aware that I am doing anything different - so happy - it's usually the other way around when I am trying my bestest but not getting great results - weird, eh :happy:
 
Hello again everyone. I am back with a very pleasing 7.1 to report this morning. I am getting a jump start on Lent and trying to be more disciplined. If I can continue with good FBGs over the next week, then I can give myself a meaty feast on Shrove Tuesday and try to do even better in the following weeks. Low Carb Lent. Wish me well.
