Awake since 5:30 far too early again. Very annoying.

5.2 on Swipey - not worth asking if I'm pleased. LC is utter pants atm . Hug @DJC3. I beat you in the waking race by an hour+ but I just watched cricket in bed. New granddaughter born yesterday so that is wonderful.
Yeah: 6.3 @ 4:30 . And then 6.9@6:00 ! Awake with no drinking or eating.

I like cricket - lots, I don't mind early waking. I've never much liked or trusted LC ( we'll never agree on that) but I need the outcomes claimed - we agree on that. Thank you for the congratulations.

6.0 this morning at 07:15, no running yesterday or today as both are rest days.
Hopefully don’t get called into work today as due to be off , but who knows , I wouldn’t bet on it.

4.7 today. It's been a week now without exercise -- good to know that this doesn't affect levels too much. Feel it gives me a bit more freedom.
