6.8 this morning after 15 readings in the correct range, I got carried away whilst being engrossed in the Blacklist last night and ate a bar of dark chocolate without realising. Woke up this morning dreading this test, but I’m happy with that

It's been a while friends but happy to report my low carb, ADF and walking regime is still intact keeping the BG in respectable zone. Recent HbA1c was 38 and BG this morning was 5.2.

Thanks. Yes I have worked out a routine so atleast once each month I carry out a 4 to 5 days fast... as a matter of fact am on day one of a longish fast now... aiming for 84 hours on this one.
