Morning all. Well my day started off badly with an 8.4 with no idea why, but all the funny postings have cheered me up no end! Thamks all!

5.5 this morning at 7:00 rising to 6.1 before breakfast and hour ans shower later.
I had oatmeal with 1/2 banana, a tablespoon of both raisins and walnuts for breakfast,we shall see what that did!

After breakfast 7.7.

4.7 on the libre this morning . Sadly it comes to an end in a day or two

I’ve been using it while away in Thailand and it’s been a very useful tool

I’ve found that an iced coffee with milk spiked my glucose levels for 4 hours. While dried fish skin with a very light batter coating tasted much better than I thought it would and had almost no impact on glucose levels at all .

7.1 on the libre, and was up there most of the night.

Appointment at hospital went well. A cyst (pcos) is now bigger, but thankfully, unchanged. No cancer, and the blood I've seen is due to menopause. Now I do wonder if that is part of why my nightly bg's are up. Hmm. Hormones, lovely stuff, after all. In any case, was greatly relieved. Hope everyone's okay this morning, and getting through the week alright!

5.8 first thing, happy with that but not sure why so low as only average carby day yesterday and late evening meal. Can't get to grips with the unexplainable highs, same goes for the welcome but still unexplainable lows.
