New Profile Posts

Thank you for the kind welcome. I have a question. I attempted to reply to a post about the effects of sourdough bread. It was rejected as unacceptable and I was advised to contact an administrator. How do I do this, please?

Hi @Rosie9876 - are you still having problems with this or have you managed to post? You can reply here or send a PM to myself or another mod if you need further help- Kind regards lovinglife moderator
Have had Diabetes Type 2 since, at least, 2005, but may have been since 1994, when I had Gestational Diabetes. Nobody bothered to check. I'm disabled, mainly due to Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue, along with damage to the base of my spine, causing Sciatica in both hips and legs. I have lots of Crafty hobbies, but don't get chance to follow them much, due to Osteo-arthritis in both hands.
I have injections planned for tomorrow into my eyeball - a series of 3 coming up lol

Hi Kenny, sorry to post direct but could an admin delete my account please?
I received a notification from Google that my password had been leaked. I've since changed it but no longer use the account, so would feel better deleting it altogether.

Thanks
Chris
Hi I'm new here and can't figure out my way around. When I try to reply to an answer to a post I'd put on it wouldn't accept it and said I must have done three posts before I post a link. Either that or it was spam. It was just a simple thank you to someone who'd responded
It said to contact the moderator but I can't figure out how.

When you reply to someone who's posted a link, it copies the link into your reply. And when you're new, you can't post links for a bit. It's a way to keep the spammers out. If you reply to someone and their post is copied, just delete the link they've posted and it should be fine. Or, put an @ before the name and that person'll be tagged, without you having to hit the reply button. Hope that helps!
Hi, I was recently (10 days ago diagnosed with T2D). Living in the Middle East so I guess I was just waiting for it to happen.
I have type 1 diabetes from 2002, treated with insulin. Love travelling, theatre, Kubb, learning to play ukulele, tap dancing and line dancing.
I created 2 accounts as I entered the wrong birth year when I created my first account. The Moderators said they will delete my second account. I have tried replying asking if they could delete my 1st account but when I try to send the message it says it is inappropriate.I have changed the message, and my message does not contain any inappropriate language. I would be grateful to receive some guidance.@Administrator
Hi, I made a few new posts and one of them was not approved even though I verified my email address and there's no option for me to send a private message to an admin or moderator.

Hi Alan it's not uncommon for posts (particularly by new members) to be held back for human approval by the forum software. Your post has been approved. You can contact the mod team by hitting the report button under any forum post, by sending a PM (private message) to an individual moderator (see the envelope button screen top right) or by posting on a moderator's profile (as you did here). Kind Regards EllieM
