Hello I'm still learning ,are these very high in carbs ? As my nurse told me to cut out all this type of food , and I really dont know what to eat ?

1st meal = fried curry rice with egg.+ half slice of cakes. = 700 calories total

2nd meal = probably go keto or fasting = 300 calories more to go
You can't "go keto" for a single meal. It takes days to get into ketosis and a little longer to be completely fat adapted, it's a way of life, not a dinner. You're counting calories instead of carbs, and it's the carbs that raise blood sugars. Rice and cake will both be carb-laden and thus spike your blood glucose.

If you're on insulin you probably should know this or you'd inject wrong... Unless you're on basal only? Mixed fixed dose? One moment you're on insulin, then diet controlled... What is it? Because if you are injecting without knowing what you're doing... I mean, if you have a carb free meal and inject/bolus for that, that could get very dangerous, very fast.

Not calling you out, just really concerned for your well-being.

Four strips of bacon, two eggs fried in the bacon drippings, a skillet full of spinach also sauted in the drippings. For supper I had a taco salad (spicy ground beef, onion, tomato, cheddar cheese, avocado, refried beans [a few spoonfuls], and lettuce) with a dried corn tortilla. Washed down with half a glass of beer. Then a half of an apple for an evening snack.

Need to start monitoring my carbs again. So this looks like a good place to focus my mind.
