No idea what to call todays meal, but it tasted pretty good for a thrown together meal.
I really like meatballs but 3 days is enough, even though I still had enough left of the mix to make meatballs for two more days.
So I fried a large onion, added the mince/cheese/onion/egg mix that was supposed to become meatballs, and a tin of tomatoes and let it simmer for a while.
After that I added chinese cabbage and some spices for the last 5 minutes.
Enough left for two more days but I guess I'd better freeze it.
I'm driving to Germany with a friend tomorrow to buy tobacco and booze, and have a leisurely walk around the supermarket in general.
I went there last summer as well, and the supermarket sold heated schweinshaxe which was pretty amazing, no such thing in my country. It's something like a giant pork lollipop! So now I'm hoping they still sell them, in which case I won't need a proper meal after coming home.
