What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

I had omelette and salad yesterday as well. Cheese omelette. sounds boring but was delish. Brunch was usual mixture, dinner was followed by 4 squares of Montezuma's hundred percent cocoa. I might have a glass of wine tonight as am planning steak and lots of veg. of the cauliflower, sprouts and broccoli type.
 
Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg
Lunch cheese, LC seeded crackers and a few mixed nuts

Off out in a few mins to meet friends at a local brewery- won't be eating but planning a glass of red wine. Luckily I don't like beer,so not tempted, as it's high carb
 
Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x 3
Coffee and cream
Avocado on Sough Dough Toast with 2 Poached Eggs
Rocket and cherry tomatoes
Smoked salmon
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: tuna melts with cauliflower, carrots and broccoli.

Just black coffee this morning.
Went to Exeter Christmas market, and bought a bag of biltong to nibble on as we wandered among the stalls.
Early dinner at The Ivy before catching the train home again. A perfectly cooked, medium rare sirloin steak and tenderstem broccoli with lemon zest. ( forgot photo)

Dinner chilli con carne followed by hm LC chocolate brownie
Planning to make a Panda Flour low carb Christmas cake tomorrow - going to bake it in a loaf tin so can slice more easily for freezer. Especially as won't be icing it. Hoping will go well with cheese. Also planning another LC golden panda loaf - working on stocking up freezer for Christmas.

Dinner: scrambled eggs on marmite on toast (low carb of course!)

B- dippy eggs with marmite toast ( L/c) soldiers
L- cottage cheese, avocado, chilli sauerkraut and salad topped with sunflower seeds and pecan nuts. First pudding was a DGF Crimbo crumble. Second pudding (as postie arrived with a new batch of l/c mince pies and I had to try one!) was mince pie with clotted cream.
So far this evening I’ve had a glass of raspberry gin but nothing to eat and it’s a bit late to start now.

If there was a green with envy emoji I’d be posting that, for the baking and the gin both.
 
Usual brunch. Dinner was grilled poprk rashers, sprouts and cauliflower with 1 small glass red wine and 4 squares of Montezuma. Tonight will be same brunch but cottage cheese instead of yoghurt, dinner planned egg and ham mayo with salad, wine and Montez.
 
As planned today to get more baking in freezer for Christmas did low carb baking - both from Panda Pantry mixes. Another of my regular olive oil Golden loaves and a Christmas Cake baked in a loaf tin.

Dinner salmon and peas followed by Crimbo crumble warmed and served with cream feeling very festive.
 
Cheese with Christmas cake is another level of deliciousness @shelley262 looks wonderful.
Today I had 3 black coffees until lunchtime.
L- sardine fishcakes with courgette and tomato salad. (Fishcakes made with a tin of sardines mashed with an egg and a couple of handfuls grated cheese then grilled/airfried. A good way for me to eat more oily fish, I struggle to eat it most if the time). A L/c brownie.
D- grilled slices of lamb breast I’d braised a couple of days ago. Tenderstem broccoli and cauli with cheese sauce. Another L/c choc brownie

Lunch: Brussels pâté on wholemeal toast
Dinner: steak pie with Brussels sprouts
(I have a cold, so I felt like something comforting, but the pie disappointed)
 
3 black coffees this morning then a L/c pizza for lunch ( pizza base from Low Carb Food Co is just 1.8Carbs) followed by DGF Crimbo Crumble.
D- pork chop and a lot of green veg plus a stuffed mushroom. L/c mince pie and clotted cream.

Usual brunch. Dinner was roast chicken with mushrooms and sweet chestnuts, cauliflower, and sprouts, 1 glass red wine, 4 squares Montezuma's.
