


Usual brunch. Teatime 2 dry crackers. Dinner - steak, cauliflower, sprouts and 1 carrot, glass of water with a tablespoon of brandy on top - this way you drink the water through the spirit and it tastes like a full glass of spirit. No chocolate has graced my plate today.
I have a small dash of gin (like @Outlier does with brandy) floating it on water but also add ice and a slice - much prefer it these days I used to drink with soda water. Also prefer a dash of white wine in water rather than a glass of white wine - good way to keep alcohol consumption down and hydration up.
