What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: M&S Valentine’s Day meal deal. Lobster and prawn thermador for starter, followed by sirloin steak with garlic butter, asparagus and broccoli spears, then salted caramel profiterols. By careful choices and letting hubby have the bigger portion of pudd the meal came to 20.6g carbs for me :)

Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg
Lunch a few seeded crackers with the last of my Valentine's deal French cheeses followed by a portion of my freshly baked LC spicy, sticky ginger cake

Dinner a slow cooked mixed game casserole served with cauliflower cheese followed by hm LC lemon drizzle

Usual brunch. Teatime 2 dry crackers. Dinner - steak, cauliflower, sprouts and 1 carrot, glass of water with a tablespoon of brandy on top - this way you drink the water through the spirit and it tastes like a full glass of spirit. No chocolate has graced my plate today.

That’s an interesting way to drink more water, I’m going to try it. Sympathy for the lack of chocolate.

I have a small dash of gin (like @Outlier does with brandy) floating it on water but also add ice and a slice - much prefer it these days I used to drink with soda water. Also prefer a dash of white wine in water rather than a glass of white wine - good way to keep alcohol consumption down and hydration up.
 
B- bacon sandwich in lc bread.
L- cheese and M&S seedy crackers followed by Greek yoghurt and a chopped strawberry.
D- Lemon and pepper pork loin chops, greens and mushrooms cooked in garlic butter, steamed broccoli. A slice of h/m LC ginger cake to follow ( snap @shelley262)

Dinner: low carb fish pie with cauliflower, broccoli and carrots.

Lunch M and S seeded crackers with comte and stilton followed by a few squares of Montezumas 100% absolute black with Almonds
Dinner frittata and salads plus, as it's Shrove Tuesday, a low carb pancake ( made with Panda flour) served with lemon juice.
