This is the section for low carbers you see and for many, not all but many, low carbing helps immensly with normalising blood sugar.

Hi there. I try for 30g of carbs per day. Some folks are even stricter. Lots of folks go for somewhere between 50-70g. At the end of the day it's whatever works for you. It's very much up to you. I do very low carb and thus high fat and it suits me. I aim for normal BG at all times. B - 3 bacon, 2 scrambled eggs
L - avocado, 2 babybel
D - pan fried salmon fillet
S - a bit of stilton, some ardennes pate
I cooked kale crisps with the salmon. I flavoured them with some chinese spices...MISTAKE. They were horrible and got binned. My daughter liked hers, cos I sprinkled them with sugar a bit like the seaweed in a Chinese restaurant.
