What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Usual brunch. Hungry today so 2 dry crackers at teatime, and one mug of Bovril two hours before dinner, which was pork rashers, broccoli and cauliflower, 1 glass of red wine, no sign of chocolate. I hope all this sacrifice means I lose some weight, as I am a few pounds up on what I want to be, though still a low BMI

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: lamb burger in a low carb roll, a smidge of rosemary jelly, cheese and a side salad. Oh and mayo!

Black coffee this morning then a busy and anxious afternoon waiting for a phone call.
As usual in this sort of situation I found myself snacking. Started with lunch of a small L/c sandwich with ham and cheese then variously: nuts, yoghurt, cheese, chocolate ( at least it was Montezuma’s) very annoying!
Grandchildren round for pancake tea. I joined in with L/c pancakes using this recipe https://sugarfreelondoner.com/almond-cream-cheese-pancakes/#recipe
Topped with a spoonful of M&S seed butter (5.5g carbs/100g) and berries.

H/m yoghurt with M&S seedy nut butter for breakfast.
Lunch was a ham and cheese omelette followed by warmed DGF salted caramel blondie with cream.
Dinner pheasant curry with tenderstem broccoli and avocado.
Tv snack a little later was kale crisps ( cooked in airfryer on dehydrate setting)IMG_8179.jpg

Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg
Made a new Panda Flour low carb recipe - golden hot cross buns which uses dehydrated blueberries(optional) - a real find as they look like currants but don't have as many carbs. I found it easy using my air fryer and will be trying dehydrating other fruit. Think may try with some thin orange peel for flavours in cakes.

The buns look fantastic! How long did the blueberries take to dehydrate?
