Blood sugars are normal, why do I feel bad?

Hi, so I’ve had T1 for about 2 weeks now and I’ve finally got my blood sugars lower today (4.7 from an average of about 16). I felt so awful though, I was shakey and dizzy and fuzzy. Has anyone else experienced this when they get their BG to normal levels?

Can I do low carb, high fat with T1 diabetes?

I have read such mixed reviews about whether a high fat low carb diet is beneficial for type 1! I am already putting on weight after 4 days of taking insulin and don’t want to put on any more. Has any one got any advice on what diet to go on?
