Hi @chani111. Ideally that is how I would want to deal with this. The times I can do this suit me best. Logistically and to fit in with family life I find it is only practical with an LC version of Sunday roast - other cooked lc food holds little attraction for me anymore. In practice I tend to eat something LC around 11.00 am (to try to stop more weight loss) and usually have a fish salad by 6.00 pm 6 days a week. I'm an outlier in many ways so probably not that much help but thought you deserved a reply. Hope others give you more helpful replies.Hi

I do find better management of BG when I have a late brunch, and early light dinner , fitting my eating between 11am and 7pm.Hi
