Devil's press. Had to You Tube that one .. looks good!
It's busy here .. nephews are more boisterous than an 11 yr old daughter LOL
Taking them wall climbing this afternoon .. hopefully that'll tire them out a bit!
Hope you're enjoying the long weekend.

Great FBG after a rest day, yeah boys are so different than girls, so much more active & more adventurous, they see no danger, hope you all enjoyed the climbing wall, sounds like fun
Seems like eating more carbs around exercise is the way to go, want to go on longer bike rides but need to figure out how to fuel for it, I’ll have to keep experimenting
Having a rest day today
Going round the cycle shops at Oakham today, pub lunch & walk round the reservoir
Enjoy the weekend

Hope you’ve worn those nephews out & they’re not running you ragged

Nephews running me ragged ... they have so much energy!! LOL
They're off today, back up to Glasgow, leaving mayhem, an empty fridge, and miasma of tomato ketchup in the air behind them :joyful:
The punch bag is going to miss them too!

What bikes did you get? I hope we get some more good weather soon so that you can enjoy them!

Great you still managed to get your workout in,
Got a black specialised bike, it’s so light I can easily pick it up in one hand
Didn’t stop raining yesterday & still raining now
Pt at 8, at least the burpees are going to be easier than the devils presses
Back to work today
Hope you’ve had a lovely weekend
