nice proper pub hands on land lord ive spent far too much time in there over the years! but yes it was good there last night! hope it wont affect my blood test on tuesday

Hi Ian, nothing wrong, thanks. I am traveling to Abu Dhabi to setup an IT system. I Left Essex at 10:30 last night, it is a long story how I got to my Heathrow hotel for 02:00 and am waiting for my flight now. Stupidly left a bottle of water in my luggage so this got checked, the security checker was Type 2, 2 weeks diagnosed and noticed my glucometer, so we got chatting. Missed my walk last night so I feel behind. Anyway Pret do nice (cheap) filter coffee so I am doing alright.
