Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    Morning all, 5.8
    taken about 10 minutes after waking and after a bit of a restless night, I think Sunday caught up with me as I felt and feel a bit achy, so I’m very happy with that number today

    Forgot to do it on waking. Just done now at 10am and 6.3. Usually in the 5s.

    Mushroom omlete and a glass of red wine is is then!!!
