6.2 today, it's not a reflection of the extremely low carb day I had yesterday so I'm blaming the weekend in Dublin and my auntie force feeding me a whole slice of batch bread (thick and gorgeous!).

Have a great Bank Holiday folks, we are away until Thursday, booked a little lodge for some r and r. That said, daughter and grandaughter (toddler) joining us, I may need to book another holiday on my return!!

Yes, definitely experiencing a very common issue members have. Consider yourself perfectly normal but very confused.
