Morning everyone sorry I haven’t been on for a few days my old iPad had stopped working so my grandad got me a new one as a gift for my transplant anniversary which is coming up on the 6th of November I couldn’t figure out how to log back in but I got it eventually todays blood sugar is 4.3 on the meter and the libre have a good weekend everyone

All my aches and pains have vanished.
I am especially happy that the vestiges of an Achilles injury I have been dealing with for months, appear to have upped and left me the heck alone.

it was 4.9@ 1346 four and a half hours after a gram flour and coconut flour pancake [very filling]
