Morning @JanetMcDowell superb fbg and Rioja is often better than Merlot. Re the research methinks the high carb diet at one end of the spectrum and the loony meat covered with heavy cream and butter at the other are both batsh** crazy.
 
Back to normal today 5.1 :)
Pleased to say my weekly average of all readings on my first week of dropping to 2 x Metformin/day is identical to the previous week :happy:
