Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I’d rather have Brussels than chips these days, especially roast with chorizo.

Oh yes! My mum would boil them to the consistency of wall-paper paste! The oil in the choritzo really adds something to the dish too. Gotta love a Mediterranean diet!
