Weekly weigh in - Fridays

Back to 73kg from 73.4kg so slowly getting back on track. Bgs have been much better this week (either from lower carb or higher temperatures as spring arrives) which may have had a positive effect.

I think this is day 9 of my diet. I did manage to lose 2 kg over the Summer. But I think I just happened to eat less due to the heat and humidity.

Down 3kg since day 1.

I expect things to slow down now. Although it'd be nice to say goodbye to a kilo per week, for a while, I'd want to slow that at some point.

112.9kg

Great news Ellie with both your BGs and the weight getting back on track. Enjoy your spring, it is the best season!

Wow, well done, that is really great! :)

Well the scales showed 1lb off, but my jeans are very tight and I seem to be overflowing them. Not comfortable at all.

Maybe the jeans have shrunk? I can't even get the things on!

Well done everyone. Some great results this week!
My HbA1c came back at 39. No longer pre-diabetic, so well pleased.
After last weeks woosh I was down .4 of a pound this week.
That's a great result. Well done!

Maybe just a bit of water retention, fabulous about the 1lb down, hopefully the discomfort will follow suit soon.

Is this a thread just for weight loss or is it for people.trying to gain as well?
Absolutely, join the gang. Underweight is also a problem, especially with diabetes to make things difficult. How are you working to gain weight?
