I have about 2 stone to lose so enough but not masses.Hello mouseee, are you wanting to lose weight? If not you will need to increase your calories. Possibly even double them.
For me breakfast is important. Not only does having a substantial breakfast stop the dawn phenomenon, it also keeps me full until lunchtime, making resisting unhealthy mid morning snacks a lot easier.
I do usually eat breakfast but just not today.
I am just not hungry most of the time. I'm on Metformin which could be why.
Dinner filled me up completely although I haven't kicked my 'need' a sweet pudding type thing yet. Although I'm not eating one!
There may be a few loose calories I've not counted like the splash of milk in tea. I'm not sure how I'd double it. More cheese maybe!
