What's the carb count of a wholemeal pitta? (I miss bread so much...)
This pitta one is high at 27 but it ranges between 23 and 27.. I guess I'm lucky that bread doesn't spike me at all.. I know what you mean though about missing bread:(
I guess I can get away with it because I'm not doing very low carb ie 30g or less I'm allowing myself 80g daily and will see how that goes

Lots of water throughout day.

Yesterday's
B: 1 1/2 slices soya and linseed with cheese
L: wholemeal pitta bread with chicken
D: Couscous, prawns and pak choi, 2 tbsp ice cream hagen daaz. (Really what's the point even having it) lol
S: 1/2 apple, walnuts,
I fully recommend anyone wanting ice cream to use the banana ice cream (just banana) Watch the carbs tho. Make sure you peel and chop the banana before freezing. Very difficult to do after lol.http://www.thekitchn.com/how-to-mak...redient-cooking-lessons-from-the-kitchn-93414

Hi teacher123, Re Harvest Moon Linseed . Try this with your Harvest Moon Linseed
Glass dish or small glass --- place a few raw Oats [ from Aldi ] in bottom of dish cover with greek yogurt or I get Alpro Almond or coconut Yogurt repeat again top with a couple of teaspoons of the Linseeds and top with raspberries or strawberries, place in fridge overnight , I make a few up at a time can eat anytime. Or as a snack. Delicious. I have 1 every night.. :)
I sprinkle some in my homemade muesli, Oats, linseed, nuts (I use cashew or almonds) and small amount of raisins,or apricots for the sugar I use about 10 raisins.

B - skipped again L Sausages and clementines (yes I know weird) D Turkey steak with cream cheese/double cream sauce served with stir fry veg (turkey was one of my better recipes turned out like Alfredo sauce)

B: Yoghurt, blueberries, milled linseed etc mix from Aldi (I feel I should be receiving free lifetime supplies for all the plugs), cup of tea
L: Tin of sardines with 4-bean salad (don't knock it if you haven't tried it), apple
D: Fillet of smoked haddock (baked in foil with some butter), big salad (not the bean variety - my family members have limits to their tolerance). Pear with 3 small slices of mature cheddar. Coffee, one square of Moser-Roth dark mint chocolate (available from...you guessed it. Aldi). Are you listening, Aldi? Leave the free supplies in the porch if I'm out.
