Despite my plans, I decided I could postpone shopping for another day. Found a nice burger in the freezer, veggies was an easy choice, as the only veggies left were onions and tomatoes, and half a rather sorry looking cucumber.
Had the burger on a slice of LC bread with lots of fried onions and tomatoes, and a slice of cheese (yes, there's a pretty large burger underneath!).
Made a tomato and cucumber salad with onions to go with it but it turned out the burger was enough to fill me up
