The muffin recipe is from here http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/breads/r/lowcarbmuffins.htm
the clotted cream from LIDL along with the raspberries and blueberries and the putting it all together from my head. Enjoy your own creations
Mmmm, that looks good! What's your recipe for the muffins, Andrew?I made this - low carb (almond flour based) raspberry muffin cut in two and stuffed with clotted cream with a thick layer of clotted cream on top and decorated with more berries. Really scrummy.

This is the scone recipe http://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/20...ter-chocolate-scones.html#mOGYJDdziRLG7WWz.32What a lovely, imaginative menu! How do you make the scones, please?
Thanks! This is the scone recipe http://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/20...ter-chocolate-scones.html#mOGYJDdziRLG7WWz.32
I don't bother with the glaze part! Just about to have one for pudding with clotted cream and raspberries
What's "coyo"?B: coffeencream
L: a huge home made burger with all the trimmings except bread (mayo, lettuce, sun dried toms instead of ketchup, sliced beef tomato, mustard, cheese and onions) There were 2x the trimmings as there was burger, and it was a biiiiggg burger. Also olives.
So of course the dog walk afterwards was a wee bit challenging. But I managed.
D: Dinner? that's a joke, innit?
S: about 10.30pm I thought 'ooh, maybe I ought not to go to bed and wake up at 2 hungry'. Which meant I had 2 squares 70% and a plain coyo.
I'm sorry but @GeoffersTaylor and myself have made an executive decision and from now on Snacks only count if they contain an alcoholic beverage
