I'll still have to try, can't have my neighbour dig up his dehydrator and not do my experimenting.I have also tried making them with the same results as you. I gave up too.

I just chuck all the ingredients in a good non stick pan. Heat on a medium to high heat and stir continuously til a porridge like consistency is achieved.Aw thanku! Rosemary, it is the body being fiendish.Morning all. No bf just coffee with cream after fasting as long as possible. I need to pick your brains! My bedtime bg was 4.9 (never been that low) but my morning bg was 7.2. So what happened? I know about the liver dump so can only assume I'm eating too many carbs during the day and saving them? I feel I'm going backwards in understanding this diabetes. To stick with the thread, I'm having 2 boiled eggs with mayo and cress. Lambs liver for lunch.
