Just before dinner some crispy kale and tenderstem broccoli cooked in oven with some olive oil then dinner of Asparagus, roast butternut squash and slow cooked brisket with glass of red wine followed by LC cake and decaffeinated coffee. I'm feeling significantly fuller with the hack from Glucose Goddess of eating something vegetable\high fibre based as a starter.
Congratulations @DJC3 wonderful results. It's great especially when you've had some higher numbers. My bgs go higher with stress but eating in a managed way seems to keep the hbA1C in normal range. A definite incentive to continue.B- 2 eggs and 2 bacon rashers.
L- BBQ! First of the year. It was a bit overcast but didn’t rain. 1 carnivore beef sausage. Small minute steak, chicken shish kebab salad. Strawberries and clotted cream.
D- 2 leftover chicken kebabs, leftover lc quiche and a DGF cake.
Saw that my blood results were available: HbA1c 35 which I’m tickled pink about as I’ve been having a lot of unexplainable ( to me) high numbers recently. Cholesterol all normal too. This woe really does work!
