Exercise class
L: fried mushrooms with eggs in, sort of like shakshuka but it didn't really work. Mango cheesecake.

Ice cream lolly shared with the cat.
Then a 2 hour restorative yoga session, it's basically lying around on cushions but in yoga shapes.
A Scotch in the pub while friends ate.
Late supper at home of hm seedy crackers with cheddar and olives. Finished off the mango cheesecake.
I'd be doubtful too, @Annb. Mandarins are not the best fruit either. Berries are preferable. Here's a link to one I have on my CMT, which is a very good LC cheesecake.Alistair told me about a cheesecake he had made for DIL. For the base he used shop-made "low carb" shortbread, crumbled and some butter added to form the base. For the filling he baked some mandarins in a low oven overnight and then blitzed them and added them to a mixture of quark(?) and double cream. He topped it with some almond flakes. Apparently it was enjoyed by all. Not too sure myself what the low carb shortbread is, but am suspicious. He could have used a proper cream cheese but he didn't have any to hand. Sounds like a success. I'll have to see what ideas I can get from that.
Just tea, so far this morning and my cleaner will arrive soon so I shan't get anything else until early afternoon now, so I will just have my cauliflower cheese then and perhaps that will be all I need for today, although I do have some double cream and some raspberries in the fridge so I might even have a dessert for a change.
Thanks for those @maglil55. Both look delicious.@Annb here's another LC cheesecake - GF and no bake as well (sorry, they all involve almond flour, which doesn't agree with you).

Nothing to be in awe about in me. I always feel so inadequate when I think of how my mother just carried on, despite everything and how my brother drives himself to recover from really serious conditions. When I think, as well, of all the multiple conditions people on this, and other threads cope with alongside their diabetes. I just get by.@maglil55 hope Drs appointment tomorrow is helpful to help you to improve your legs and also alleviate your nausea.
@Antje77 hope your arm issues are improving with rest.
@Annb gosh you really do keep fighting in the face of a range of disabilities I'm in awe of how you keep at it - you have amazing resilience.
@Rachox impressed by your hba1c going down - note that you are changing meds and hope you have one prescribed that works for you to help you carry on managing your bgs as well as you do alongside eating low carb.
