Great results
@JenniferM55 and
@Rachox.
@Annb - my left foot (and ankle) for you; my right foot and ankle for me! I'm glad to say I can walk again. I've been hobbling around downstairs without a crutch, but I'm still unsteady. Crutches are, therefore, positioned in strategic points just in case. Eldest grandson also persuaded me to venture out with just one crutch as he was "there to support the left" if I needed it. I made it. Just to the car but it's a step forward.

B. Just water until much later as I was ferrying DIL on errands after school runs.
Much later, LC mixed Berry granola with 4 blackberries and sugar-free coconut milk. Benecol dairy free and TAG!
L. Nothing
D. Boys were here, and I was persuading Hubby to have a plate of broth too.
Me? A bit later than usual, a cheese and ham toastie made with SRSLY bread, and lettuce, tomato, mayo. CC little chocolate pot.
If I can get Hubby eating properly again, I can get some of the mounds of protein that has been consigned to the freezer back out. Currently, I'm just raking about for anything I can find. I'm glad to say the swelling/inflammation is now localised in the big toe. Maybe tomorrow it will be gone?
