Had a busy day just messing, and getting to know the new AF. So for breakfast had 2 Heck sausages, 2 poached eggs, and 2 rashers of back bacon. Think I'll need to do more research on the eggs, they did look and taste a bit pitiful.
Though, as for the rotisserie, I was really impressed. I didn't have any butcher's string so had to make do with some cord from my sewing stash, it wasn't a runaway success, despite that the chicken worked out very well. This will be a gamechanger.

For a late lunch, or was it an early dinner, we had some of the chicken, hm coleslaw, cherry plum tomatoes and swede chips.
Later had 2 squares of 90% Lindt chocolate and 25g pecans.
Throughout the day had 2 creamy cocoas (cos it's turned cold) and 3 G&Ts which were obviously for medicinal purposes

Total net carbs for the day 13g.
