Well, I'm further behind than you @DJC3, but your menu today sounds nutritious, satisfying and very tasty.
Are coconut chips low carb?

I'm spending a weekend away with my aunt (two nights), so eating out today. :joyful:
We shared spareribs and prawns. :hungry:

Picture taken before the sides of salad and chips arrived. They were the best chips I've had in my life, but thankfully it was a smallish portion so still a lowish carb meal even though I had more carbs than usual.
I have absolutely no idea how I managed to dose perfectly for the meal, but my Libre says I did!

Those prawns look amazing and the spare ribs not shabby either! Proper prawns unlike those in bags in the supermarket are so joyful.
Thursday my usual brekkie of slice LC toast, butter and copious tea.
Lunch was a side salad with two slices ham, spoon cheesy coleslaw.
Supper was chunky cod fingers with roasted asparagus.
Yesterday same brekkie.
Lunch was a Scotch egg, cup of tea.
Supper was thick cod loin, peppers from a jar (needing to be used) good dash of Teriyaki sauce all baked in oven on bed of cauli rice.
Today same brekkie.
Lunch will be small avocado sliced with half a pack of those uninspiring supermarket prawns.
Supper will be Chinese t/a sharing starter with Mr P of spare ribs followed by Prawn, ginger & spring onion, contains enough veg so no sides required.

Did you find out if you can order BC spot prawns from your local fishmonger?
