Never mind @Rachox. We'll use our imaginations.Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and an Aldi protein bar.
Dinner out, late birthday treat: duck à la orange with braised red cabbage and brocolli. (I didn’t eat all the cabbage it tasted too sweet!)

That's wise IMHO @shelley262. We know that protein plays a vital role in general health and especially muscle strength in older adults.Breakfast kefir then two boiled eggs and half a low carb buttered roll ( I'm loving my new low carb granola but also keen to keep my protein consumption up so am planning to limit my low carb granola to max four days a week)
