Those sprouts look lovely!
I post mine using website and only way I can get them to right size for posting is to email them to my email and save from there and use that image. I'd love to hear what others do to post images on website maybe easier than my method.B- cheesy scrambled eggs
l-airfried chicken wings
d- slow cooker diced pork in white wine, mustard and herb sauce. Strawberries and cream to follow.
I normally use the DCUK app but it seems to have given up the ghost, it’s been creaky for ages. Can anyone tell me how to post a photo on my phone when using the website. I’m getting a message saying the image is too big. Tbh it wasn’t a very photogenic meal anyway.
Baby peeled sprouts, much nicer than big tougher ones! Those sprouts look lovely!
On a phone using android, likely almost the same on iPhone: I go to gallery and tap the pencil icon after choosing a picture.I normally use the DCUK app but it seems to have given up the ghost, it’s been creaky for ages. Gosh that sounds like a tricky balancing act @Rachox. I suppose that means limiting your intake of leafy green vegetables like spinach, which are so diabetic-friendly.I had a kidney stone a couple of years ago and it was found to be a calcium oxalate stone. I was advised to eat low oxalate to prevent a recurrence, so along with low carb it gets complicated. Today when I was checking something else I noticed that dark chocolate is high oxalate
I guess I’ll have to stick to DGF white and milk chocolate!

Yes, it's always a wrench when garden produce comes to an end for another year @shelley262.Breakfast no grains granola with kefir and a few garden berries
Lunch hm hummus with nuts, celery and a few garden tomatoes
My garden produce is sadly coming to an end but a fair few tomatoes harvested today so roasted them with some celery, garlic cloves, onion and a few herbs drizzled with cold pressed oil

I then used a blender when veggies cooked and cooled to make a sauce to which I added venison mince and mushrooms. Towards end of cooking took half out of casserole to make a chilli tomorrow and added a small portion of well soaked low carb pasta to the remaining portion so that pasta took on flavour of sauce during rest of cooking time.
Dinner had a portion of the low carb pasta casserole sprinkled with some parmesan shavings.

Do baby Brussels sprouts have a lower oxalate concentration? @RachoxBaby peeled sprouts, much nicer than big tougher ones!
Omg that looks delicious!!
Do you buy or make the low carb rolls? I have been looking at some on Amazon as I will miss bread so much but they are so expensiveBreakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: similar to yesterday just used a LC roll with my sausages, a smidge of low sugar ketchup and coleslaw today.
