Today

B: Two poached eggs with a knob of butter and avocado, seasoned with a good grinding of black pepper.
A wedge of Gorwydd Caerphilly.
Water to swallow tablet.
Espresso.

L: Prawns in white wine sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, leeks, double cream, rosemary, butter and parmesan cheese.
Steamed runner beans smothered with butter.
Garlic woodland mushrooms.
Water to drink.
Skipped pud.

D Seafood salad using crab, brown shrimps, lettuce, vine tomatoes, chicory, Romano peppers, Kalamata olives and Welsh onions, dressed with an olive oil, mint, balsamic and garlic vinaigrette, topped with toasted sunflower hearts and pumpkin seeds.
Water to wash down tablets.

Breakfast small portion of no grains granola with extra nuts, seeds and a few garden berries with kefir
Lunch made a slaw for next few days using chopped red cabbage, celery and radishes with a dressing of lemon juice and organic olive oil. Served a portion with smoked trout for lunch followed by the peel of a local Worcestershire Apple and a handful of mixed nuts.

Dinner a three egg omelette filled with some garden tomatoes and mushrooms cooked in olive oil served with another portion of my slaw and a glass of dry white wine.

For pudding about to have a few garden berries with spoon of yoghurt

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: bbq ribs with cauliflower, broccoli and carrots.

Morning all. Todays menu in no particular order. 2 hard boiled eggs with 2 Ryvitas. My other piece of fresh salmon. It's big enough to have on its own as a complete meal because I'm trying to eat smaller meals.
Crispbreads like Ryvita are not really that much better than bread or toast @RosemaryJackson. The overall carb content may be a little lower but they're still composed of cereal, in other words carbohydrate.

How about a couple of eggs, cooked any way you like them, with mushrooms and a tomato instead? Or accompanied by green, above ground vegetable(s) that you enjoy?

I hope you were able to savour every mouthful of your fresh Pacific salmon undisturbed. What a treat!

Water to swallow tablet.
Espresso.

L: Mushroom and spinach frittata made with eggs, grated Cheddar cheese, onion, cream and thyme. Salad using chicory, sweet cicely, celery, mint, Kalamata olives and salad onions, dressed with an olive oil, garlic and balsamic vinaigrette, topped with roasted cashews.
Skipped pud.
Water to drink.

D: Seafood salad made with brown shrimps, king prawns, lettuce, garden tomatoes, celery, Halkidiki olives and Welsh onions dressed with home-made mayonnaise, topped with toasted sunflower hearts and pumpkin seeds.
Water to wash down tablets.

Lunch like yesterday smoked trout with home made slaw followed by an Apple peel from a local Worcestershire Apple
Dinner rainbow trout with peas and some organic, dry white, low carb, Sicilian wine - a gift from a special friend and tasted delicious with the trout. Followed by low carb chocolate brownie and spoon of yoghurt.

Pre breakfast coffee then glass of goat milk kefir.
B-eggs mushrooms and avocado
L- small salad dressed with EVOO and ACV slice of roast turkey. DGF raspberry bakewell to follow.
D- chicken thigh which I’d marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and garden herbs. Served with roast veg. Glass of low carb dry white wine.

Dinner: open sausage sandwiches on low carb bread spread with a smidge of low sugar ketchup with coleslaw.

Have you come across William Crump apples in your neck of the woods? It's a crisp Worcester apple variety with a colourful peel.
