Do you know why the lamb was tough? @IanBish. Was the lamb tikka a take-away or did you make it yourself?Lamb tikka with a side salad. Although it made a change from chicken, it was a bit tough. Oh well, it filled me up.

Do you make the kimchi? I’m thinking of giving it a try.B- bacon and mashed avocado on l/c toast.
L- slice of spinach
frittata with kimchi. A handful of walnuts with some strong cheddar afterwards.
D- pork chop from local farm, mushrooms and purple sprouting broccoli. Glass of dry white wine. Some 100% chocolate buttons to follow.
