I accidentally bought 5% Greek yoghurt and it's not nearly as nice as the 10% stuff. I'll make sure I read the label next time!I tried a Fage lactose free yoghurt which is 3.5g of carbs per 100g. It's high protein 10.3g protein per 100g and 0% fat. Tasted creamy to me but as the normal Fage 0% has 3.0g carbs to 100g and same protein probably not worth switching unless you are intolerant to lactose.

There are some on DGF in last night’s restock.I've been buying made ones from DGF but they no longer make them
The rotis are rarely available when I order plus there was an announcement last month that not doing any wraps except on subscription - they must have reversed their decision - so thought I'd try making them. Hadn't spotted them on restock but I usually need to buy my stuff midweek to get right delivery date so will probably keep making my own. The mix is good value too.There are some on DGF in last night’s restock.

Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: scrambled egg and smoked salmon on LC toast.

Very good news - well done!Yesterday I had 2 lemon sole fillets for lunch with a small salad and later I had a cup of soup with a slice of ham. BG is nicely but slowly coming down and so is weight.
