What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: cheese and tomato omelette.

I like the small King Oscar sardines in olive oil, which I can't seem to get any more. What are those? They look lovely.
They are the King Oscar ones they call them sardines but they are sprats. The were my last tin bought a few months ago think from Waitrose but can't seem to find them any more either now! They are definitely the best ones.

Breakfast some seeds, five forest local picked blackberries ( from my freezer) and kefir mixed together
Lunch made a one egg mushroom and cheese omelette - I'd planned a two egg one but hadn't realised so low on eggs. Meant too it's a bit messy as too much filling for one egg!

Served with kimchi and also had ginger tea and two squares of 100% Montezuma chocolate.
Dinner later will be wild salmon served with French beans followed by a low carb chocolate brownie served warm with spoon of yoghurt. There may also a glass of dry white wine.

I normally drink black coffee these days but have been gifted a carton of raw cream - deeeelicious - so yesterday and today had 3 coffees with cream in the morning. Enough for another 2 tomorrow, then it will be back to black.

Lumpy soup for brunch, and dinner will be cold beef salad.
 
Breakfast was a cheese omelette with ginger and turmeric sauerkraut.
Lunch a big salad
Dinner, a DD favourite Keto mushroom garlic chicken thighs served with broccoli.

Breakfast kefir then two sausages and one egg
Lunch home made mackerel pate served with a couple of celery sticks and a few low carb seeded crackers. Followed by four squares of 100% chocolate
Dinner chicken curry served with chopped coriander and low carb roti followed by LC blondie warmed served with spoon of yoghurt.

Dinner roast chicken and two high pork content chipolata sausages with chicken stock and sweetheart cabbage served with butter and pepper ( finished a cabbage that had been in fridge over a week and there was too much - ate about two thirds of the amount shown),

Such a freezing cold morning I plumped for breakfast of coconut porridge.
Lunch was avocado, leaves,h/b egg mixed with cottage cheese and mustard, ginger and turmeric sauerkraut. Choc chia pud to follow.
Dinner- DD Keto Asian cabbage stir fry. A quick simple and very tasty meal.
