What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Didn’t post yesterday, out at the theatre in the evening so ate very late afterwards, a small doner kebab, I just ate the meat and salad with two mouthfuls of pitta.
Back to normal today:
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: carbonara made with LC pasta with a sprinkle of mature grated cheddar.

 
Morning all. 2 Bratwurst for bf and the rest of the turkey and veg tonight. My bg was 9.7 this morning and I had 35g carbs yesterday so I'm a bit disappointed. Could Monday's meal still be affecting me? although, my bg was 7.2 yesterday morning. I/m really at a loss to understand this.
 
Well photo was too large had Mozzarella sliced with tomato, rocket, cucumber drizzled with olive oil and lemon flavoured balsamic vinegar, nuts. 3 small figs for lunch )Photo failed apparently too big

Dinner: liver in onion gravy with cauliflower, broccoli and carrots.

 
Morning all. Yesterday was Pensioners lunch. Chicken soup.followed by fish and chips with mushy peas (we all hate this meal and the chips were like chipstix)) then rice pudding. Not ideal for me but I had 2 sausages for tea. Today I have 2 bratwurst for bf and turkey and veg for later meal. Not sunny today but at least it's not raining.

Black coffee this morning then lunch after Aquafit class of chicken leg and tuna melt muffins. Handful of Montezuma’s AB buttons to follow. Dinner (shared, I didn’t eat it all myself!) was baked Camembert with flat iron steak to dip in. Fabulous!
