What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast kefir then some mushrooms cooked in olive oil served with a poached egg and lc toast
Lunch hummus, celery, olives, tomatoes and bit of left over frittata followed by a few berries with spoon of yoghurt.

Dinner Sea bream served with asparagus followed by hm LC rhubarb cake

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: lamb burger with a smidge of rosemary jelly and mozzarella on a low carb roll with side salad and mayo.

 
Breakfast: Greek yoghurt with a handful of the tiny wild strawberries which are growing rampant in my garden wall.
L: cheese, olives, h/b egg, avocado and chilli sauerkraut.
D: meatballs made with venison mince in tomato and spinach sauce and topped with mozzarella.
sq Montezuma’s AB with orange and a cup of tea.

Breakfast, avocado and feta with chilli crisp oil on sourdough toast cut as thinly as possible.
Lunch with friends to a lovely bakery, we had to change our kayak to a picnic plan because of gusty wind. The bakery was full of beautiful looking sugar full treats. My friends split a rhubarb and strawberry danish and a cinnamon roll. I had quiche and cut off the pastry.
Dinner, chicken thigh with garden veggies, roasted radish, kale and 10 peas…that’s half each from the garden!

Lunch last piece of leftover hm frittata with celery and hummus followed by a few berries with a spoon of yoghurt
Dinner two lamb burgers on a low carb roll topped with cheese and served with salad.

Very hot today and got tempted to have a spoon of vanilla ice cream - limited the quantity I had as it was the full carb version! Enjoyable, as cold, but a bit too sweet for my current taste buds.

The remains of yesterday's coconut

Frikadellen (German meatballs) with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mayonnaise

and will have some sushi later on.

Ham and tomato
Pringles
Cottage cheese tomato
Cheese
Small milk lolly

Dinner wild salmon with asparagus followed by hm LC lemon cake
 
Coronation chicken with lettuce.

Salmon currently in the oven to be served with tenderstem broccoli, spinach and a tomato.

Bravely resisting the luxury pizza my brother gave us, might give in and have a single slice...
