Thank you. Thickening and caramelizing would be good for some low carb options. I think I’ll look into trying some.Inulin powder can be used as a sweetener as it's a fructan that the body can't digest but it's not as sweet as others. Its around 10% of sweetness of table sugar per spoon. it's also really good for thickening and caramelizing when heated. It's a soluble fibre produced from plants and has several health claims 're gut health etc.
