Thank you so much, I will give that a tryIt’s quite forgiving - I used a packet of corned beef slices (0g carb) but tinned would do too - just slice and press into the base and sides of a pie dish.
Filling is a 250g cottage cheese mixed with 4 beaten eggs and any extras you fancy ( I added onion salt and garlic powder, chives or chopped pepper would be nice too)
Top with more grated cheese
Bake at 190 for 1/2 hr or so
( the numbers have rubbed off my oven temp dial so I just guess and it’s worked well each time I’ve made it)

You can just Google for instance “carbs in cauliflower” or use an app. I use Nutracheck.Could someone advise me please. If you eat only fresh, not packeted food how do you calculate how many carbs are in your meals? Thank you.
