What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: chilli con carne with cauliflower rice.

 
Greek yoghurt and blueberries for breakfast. I need to stop having this, it always raises my BG over 7
Lunch at our AirB&B after a stroll was some cold bits from Waitrose.
Mid aft glass of champagne sitting in the sun. Bliss.
Dinner at the Ivy - starter of a type of duck pate, main was steak with peppercorn sauce and salad. Camembert and celery to finish. 2 glasses red wine.

Boring lunch photo as I felt to awkward taking meal photo in the restaurant.
 
Yesterday for lunch I had a roast beef and mustard sourdough sandwich. And for tea I had an cheese, mushroom and tomato omelette with garden peas. No picture, as it fell apart!

Not as interesting a meal as @DJC3's, but it was very nice.

As long as you still enjoyed it that's the main thing. All goes the one way regardless how pretty or messy it looks.

Dinner: scrambled egg on Marmite on low carb toast.

 
Breakfast was the last slice of ham, the rest of the olives and Brie as we left the AirB&B we were staying in and headed home.
Packed lunch on the train was a pack of proscuitto , the last of the strong cheddar and some walnuts.
Home for dinner: gammon steak with broccoli from neighbours garden, dressed with olive oil and parmesan.
Luckily I spotted the little caterpillar in the photo before I started eating!

Breakfast kefir then mushrooms and fried egg cooked in a mix of butter and olive oil
Lunch hummus with celery followed by a few berries and spoon of yoghurt
Dinner wild salmon with peas

Followed by hm LC lemon cake.

Dinner: avocado with prawn cocktail and coleslaw.

 
Breakfast: scrambled eggs and avocado
Lunch: slice of Heylo seedy bread with mayo and cheddar
Dinner: chillified mince topped with cheddar, some overcooked green beans, cottage cheese (I didn’t have any sour cream) and avocado. I bought a few over ripe yellow sticker avocados.
squares of the New Dubai bar from DGF. It’s expensive but gorgeous. I shan’t buy again though as it’s a little too addictive and chocolate has always been a weakness.

Today for lunch I had a small non-sourdough sandwich with egg mayonnaise and spring onions. And later I had a supermarket honey & mustard pasta salad (48g carbs). I had a tooth out so I wanted something soft. But I'm still under my carb limit for the day.
