Yesterday for lunch I had a roast beef and mustard sourdough sandwich. And for tea I had an cheese, mushroom and tomato omelette with garden peas. No picture, as it fell apart!
Not as interesting a meal as @DJC3's, but it was very nice.
As long as you still enjoyed it that's the main thing. All goes the one way regardless how pretty or messy it looks.Yesterday for lunch I had a roast beef and mustard sourdough sandwich. And for tea I had an cheese, mushroom and tomato omelette with garden peas. No picture, as it fell apart!

Can’t beat an omelette, whether it falls apart or not!
I did enjoy it. There was too much filling, I think. As long as you still enjoyed it that's the main thing. All goes the one way regardless how pretty or messy it looks.
Can I ask you where do u get ur high protein rolls .Lunch today was some jalapeno tuna with tomato in a couple of high protein rolls (the tomatoes didn't quite fit) and later I had a prawn cocktail salad (assembled, not made).

They're part-baked, and have 17g carbs per roll.
