Hug for ur tooth and like for the food looks yummy .No breakfast as early dentist and hygienist appointments - nerves are not just about treatment but also cost these days! My fears were right as I need an expensive crown - I broke a tooth on a nut a few weeks ago.
Brunch kefir then a two egg omelette with cheese and pancetta filling.

Dinner cold roasted chicken, sausage, salads including the first outdoor tomatoes from my garden and a hm pepper salad. Followed by hm LC chocolate brownie.
I've bought the new Katie Caldesi diabetes air fryer Cookbook as it's low carb based with introductions from the Drs Unwin, it was on offer and appealed to me as I don't use my air fryer much - so thought it might inspire me. It arrived today and I put it into use straightaway as I had a bag of cheaper wonky peppers that I planned to use to make a charred peppers salad.I usually find it a real fiddle taking skins off and removing the seeds but following her method of charring using the air fryer ( rather than grill I usually use) and then her trick of putting the hot charred peppers in a bowl with a plate on top and leaving to cool made the job easy - the skins just slid off when cold. She suggests serving them on her cheat's labneh but I just added olive oil to peppers and will eat as a salad over next few days. Looking forward to adding in some of her low carb recipes to my menus over next few weeks.
A blip can act as a good reminder. Just notice, learn and move onOh dear not the best day.
