B- supposed to be an omelette but my trusty omelette pan let me down and it all stuck so it was a sort of hybrid omelette/scrambled egg.
L- sardines with a salad of courgettes, green beans, feta and pine nuts EVOO dressing. 4 sq Montezuma’s AB
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: kedgeree made with cauliflower rice.
Breakfast kefir then a few fried garden tomatoes served on LC toast
Missed lunch as dentist appointment this afternoon
Dinner chicken in mushroom sauce and green beans followed by hm LC chocolate brownie.
Did take a picture to post of my meal yesterday - in Bath for a visit - ate at Bath Vaults which is an atmospheric Nandos. I had olives to start followed by butterfly chicken with sides of rainbow slaw with seeds and tenderstem broccoli. Not sure what's occurring - I can't post photos but spotted others have this issue too.

D- hogget chop, ox liver and buttered cabbage. Stewed Rhubarb and clotted cream.
