What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

For lunch I had a wholemeal chicken sandwich, and for tea I had ground beef and cabbage with passata, onions, carrots, garlic, paprika and oregano. The image below is a slightly smaller image than I originally tried to post, which had the same dimensions as my previous two images above, but was of a smaller file size, and failed to upload. Weird.

 
Breakfast kefir then scrambled eggs on LC toast
Lunch cheese, celery and a few LC seeded crackers followed by a buttered slice of hm LC Barberry tea loaf
Dinner LC wrap filled with chilli chicken stir fry followed by hm LC chocolate brownie
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: spaghetti bolognese made with low carb pasta with a few spots of reduced sugar ketchup and grated mature cheddar.

@Lainie71 I’m glad @shelley262 answered your panda flour question. She is definitely more expert than me!
I keep forgetting to post my meals. Today I had a cheese omelette for breakfast.
Tin of mackerel on L/c toast for lunch, followed by 4 sq Montezuma’s AB
Dinner was steak in pepper sauce with airfried veg and a grilled mushroom.
My photo hasn’t loaded!
 
No sadly, I just see this ( screenshot) but can’t open the pics. I can see @Rachox ‘s photos though.
The images appear for me using the normal website. I tried to attach a smaller picture (400x342, 77KB) of what I used to eat (too many spuds - you don't really want to see) but even that wouldn't upload. Something weird is going on.

I've abandoned photos until the image issue sorted. it was complex for me before the recent issue and the app isn't practical for me as I use web posting on PC or tablet. So just crossing fingers it will be possible to fix.

Lunch celery and hummus followed by a few garden berries and spoon of yoghurt
Dinner chicken tray bake with roasted vegetables ( including more of my prolific garden tomatoes) followed by hm LC lemon cake.
 
Today for lunch I just had a mini apple followed by some Brazil nuts. For dinner I reheated the "bolognese" sauce that I made last night (minced beef, passata, onions, garlic, chilli powder and oregano) and had it with three nests of egg tagliatelle (which I like). It was all surprisingly nice.

Like @shelley262, I'll wait until the image issues have been resolved before posting any pictures.

Dinner: a quick dinner tonight, late in from visiting my son this afternoon. So scrambled eggs on Marmite on low carb toast.

 
I am succeeding posting pics via Tapatalk but only now if I select ‘small’, initially I was selecting ‘medium’ but that’s not working now. ‘Original’ has never worked as I think you need to have a Tapatalk subscription for that.

Lunch smoked trout with artichokes and beetroot kimchi followed by an instant frozen yoghurt - a few spoons of yoghurt mixed with a few frozen raspberries, hoping you can see photos below! Thought would try it.


Dinner salmon and peas followed by hm LC chocolate brownie.

Dinner: Brie and a smidge of cranberry on a low carb roll with coleslaw followed by DGF lemon and blueberry cake with a blob of Greek yogurt.

 
I had a fishy day today. Lunch was a red salmon wholemeal sandwich (a rise after 2 hours of 0.8 mmol/L). And for dinner I had a battered cod fillet with mushy peas. I didn't take any pictures due to the image issues, but I will soon.

Dinner chicken curry served with mint raita, coriander and a few fried previously boiled and frozen small new potatoes

Followed by hm LC lemon cake warmed and served with cream.

Dinner: same as yesterday Brie and cranberry on a low carb roll. Now at a weight I’m happy with I’ll have the odd treat, so DGF lemon and blueberry cake with Greek yoghurt.
