Yes Panda Flour - I use it for all my baked these days as they work out well.The cake looks lush @shelley262 is that made with Panda flour too? I still haven’t got round to ordering more.
Breakfast today- 2 of the SRSLY mini croissants filled with ham and smoked cheese ( cocktail sticks in the photo to keep them together as I heated them in the airfryer for a couple of mins)
L- l/c roll filled with slice of beef, cream cheese and sauerkraut. L/c brownie.
D- pork chop, green beans and blue cheese sauce.

Lunch a slice of ham rolled up with chunk of comte cheese and celery followed by a piece of hm LC coffee, cinnamon and walnut cake still warm from oven served with spoon of yoghurt.
Photo below is of the cake cut up ready to freeze. More rainy day baking, did choc one on Sunday

Dinner roast veg in olive oil with chicken breast wrapped in bacon and with grated cheese topping. Followed by hm LC lemon cake.

Lunch mushroom soup then hm LC coffee and walnut cake
Dinner made a home made roasted and blended tomato sauce. Added organic mince, onions and peppers plus small amount of low carb pasta.served with grated cheese. ( half sauce left for tomorrow's chilli)
