What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast kefir then scrambled eggs
Lunch ham rolled up with a comte cheese filling plus celery followed by a few berries and yoghurt
Dinner salmon and peas followed by a piece of today's home made low carb lemon cake - photo below cake cut in portions for freezing.

I'm hoping to try baking a new low carb bread sometime this weekend - a new Panda Pantry golden loaf low carb bread mix I ordered arrived this afternoon. It's gluten and coconut flour free and it gets mixed with olive oil and egg whites. Will report back - also will have egg yolks to use up, maybe a keto egg custard?
 
The cake looks lush @shelley262 is that made with Panda flour too? I still haven’t got round to ordering more.

Breakfast today- 2 of the SRSLY mini croissants filled with ham and smoked cheese ( cocktail sticks in the photo to keep them together as I heated them in the airfryer for a couple of mins)
L- l/c roll filled with slice of beef, cream cheese and sauerkraut. L/c brownie.
D- pork chop, green beans and blue cheese sauce.

Yes Panda Flour - I use it for all my baked these days as they work out well.
 
Breakfast kefir then cooked garden tomatoes served on toast with a poached egg.
This morning made up my low carb golden panda bread mix using this recipe:
It was very easy and worked well - plus tasted very good.

Sliced when cool to try a bit and also freeze slices for next week

Lunch buttered crust of new low carb loaf with cheese and celery.
Dinner pork steaks with mushrooms served with cauliflower cheese.

Followed by LC hm chocolate brownie.
 
Still away. So dinner pics only. Starters and sides to create a meal at Bella Italia. Meatballs, mozzarella sticks, just ate three and mushroom in creamy sauce with one small piece of garlic bread (another piece had already been stolen!
WiFi rubbish here so can’t upload pic. Will try and add later.

Edit 21/9 Yay! Wifi back today! So here’s my pic! I didn’t dip my mozarella in the sweet chilli sauce!

I ve had to pick the rest of my tomatoes in the green stage ...now trying to ripen then indoors

Today's lunch was a nice wagyu beef burger, plus sprouts fried with chopped mushrooms, cauliflower, organic carrots (they were very nice) and a few small sautéed potatoes.

 
Breakfast kefir then very rich buttery scrambled eggs and hm LC toast (I used the five egg yolks left over from using the egg whites making the bread yesterday)
Missed lunch as busy out - long walk then gardening.
mid afternoon a piece of hm LC coffee and walnut cake
Dinner Beef stew ( cooked all day in slow cooker) served with cauliflower cheese.

Couldn’t post here yesterday for some reason. Fingers crossed it’ll work today.
B- scrambled eggs on L/c toast.
L- slice of leftover quiche ( with corned beef crust instead of pastry), some olives, cheese and artichoke hearts.
D- sirloin steak, tender stem broccoli and mushrooms.

This is a very old post of mine for a recipe for green tomato chutney. It’s pretty good, not sure of the carb content as I say in the post. May not be useful to you but then again maybe it will

Lunch small piece of comte cheese with apple peel followed by hm LC coffee and walnut cake
Dinner chicken with roast veg - peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms

Followed by hm LC chocolate brownie warmed served with spoon of extra thick cream.
